In Japanese, you can add pronunciation characters to the side of a word. Usually, this is for children's books or for rare kanji. However, you can also use it for other things. Earlier, Miura said "our company" one way, but had it spelled differently and without the notion of "our" for whatever reason. Here, Miura says "he", and the author decided to clarify by adding the pronunciation characters next to it to say "Izawa". As far as I remember, this phenomenon is mostly limited to Miura so far, probably to emphasize he's a no-nonsense plain speaker.
