So the perceived benefit to WWE of changing Walter's name now is that if he gets a big push and becomes marketable and then leaves, he could go back to being WALTER, but the main event unsuccessful challenger to Roman Reigns was Gunther Stark, not WALTER. Unless I'm misunderstanding something about the registration process, which is highly likely.
