Best case scenario, 50,000 f-150s doing 10 liters/100km driving from Toronto to Ottawa would need 2,250,000 liters of fuel. 47 Truck loads of fuel for a one way trip. There are around 3.1 gas stations for every 10,000 people in Canada, each with 8-16 pumps. If Ottawa has a proportional amount(it doesn't, most towns of 1000 people have 2 stations), but if it did, that would mean 310 stations, averaging 12 pumps per station, 3720 pumps. If each truck could fuel up in 10 minutes, and each theoretical pump was fully utilized, it would take 2.24 hours to refuel every truck. These people really can't comprehend the difference between 50 and 500 trucks, and can't even begin to understand what 50,0000 trucks looks like. They're still going to claim there was 500,000 people there.

we joke, but realistically what's going to happen is all the small time landlords will exit the market, making a significant profit, and the properties will be bought up by larger scale rental providers. nothing will change for the tenants except who owns the unit, and the larger companies may be slightly better at submitting the proper paperwork for things
