Looking at it again, I think that's a Scion TC.

Like, he's obviously some sort of hillbilly so the natural first thought is that he either drives a truck or a mustang/camaro/challenger. Those are the options. But gently caress me if that isn't the very spit of a Scion TC. Who does that? Why would anyone? That may be even worse than the upper arm stuff. That at least is just boring cliche subject matter, albeit with horrible execution. Tattooing a Scion TC on your arm is the sign of an unwell person. Their vote counts just as much as your or mine! This is very troubling.
