A lot of passenger -400s were converted into freighters, and the 747-8f is a new-build 747. This is one of the former. Lufthansa, Korean Air, and Air China are the only ones operating passenger-carrying 747-8i, and I think Lufthansa's the only one that doesn't have theirs parked.
