You just made me think, there should be some sort of ref college or something for people who want to dedicate their life to doing that. You'd get younger, faster refs who are educated in all the latest rules. Maybe that exists, I don't know.

First report just referenced the vacuum cleaner, I was the one saying even if that's all it was it's still a violent threat, terrifying for the woman and good that they took him to jail.
