The board in the video is a bit different so hard to tell if that one in the picture is Donkey Kong anyway. You can tell EPROM (Erasable Read Only Memory) because you can erase and rewrite them unlike true programmed ROM. It can only be erased with ultraviolet light, which is why there's a clear window. You should put tape or something over EPROM that might be exposed to sunlight, camera flashes, or other UV light sources. Do not wear your EPROMs into the tanning booth.
