I remember seeing Starship Troopers in the theater and all the critics were like "Neil Patrick Harris' outfit towards the end of the film seems to possibly bear a slight resemblance to Nazi uniforms from WW2." Then Paul Verhoeven did an interview and said "Yeah I literally copied the exact uniforms the Nazis wore in World War II" lmao

I just watched The Terminator instead of going to the gym this morning because I couldn't find my Bluetooth headphones that I use to listen to yelling sportswriter podcasts while getting sick gainz. While I'm still mad that I can't find my headphones, my morning wasn't completely wasted.

It may have came up in the thread before but I was just looking at my Steam wishlist and saw that Starship Troopers: Terran Command is on it. I just watched some of the videos and it doesn't look too bad. Pretty basic. But the music is great and it's adaptive to the gameplay. https://store.steampowered.com/app/1202130/Starship_Troopers__Terran_Command/ It comes out March 31st and I'll probably be getting it. I've wanted an ST game for a long time.

The Starship Troopers FPS from a while back was pretty solid, it did a good job of capturing the “bug swarm” concept and you get to do some set piece battles straight out of the movie.
