We’re probably going to see another two week shutdown of everything given the insane surge of covid hitting right now. Something like 45 cases in 4 days of artists. Half of Pixy are positive, all of Viviz just weeks before their debut, and Jimin has it and acute appendicitis that required surgery, talk about bad luck and going through hell. Poor guy.

January felt a little slow overall in terms of releases, we'll see what feb brings. I know stayc is dropping teasers, and I think yuqi and minnie are back in korea now as well? Sort of guessing more march or april for them, though who really knows. YG and JYP are both getting ready to roll out new groups. I could see any groups that did halloween releases having something soon (dreamcatcher, purple kiss, etc). Queendom season 2 is soon as well, no idea how much of the filming of that is done already and whats done live, and we don't actually know the groups involved though there are plenty of people guessing.

It starts filming this month. Dreamcatcher's last comeback was July, and they'd originally planned 3 comebacks for last year, so definitely overdue. There's a few girl groups behind what would be a normal release schedule that people are speculating means they'll be on Q2 (DC, Weeekly, Loona etc). There's a rumor that MNET met with Viviz (Gfriend members' new group), Itzy, Brave Girls, and Kep1er (lol, they met with themselves!) about being on it. Itzy sounds way too big for it but Stray Kids were on Kingdom so we know JYP is potentially on board. Brave Girls are probably out because of health issues and hiatus right now, Viviz I could see, and Kep1er would be dumb but definitely possible. People also put together these clues from the teaser  That's Cherry Bullet, Dreamcatcher, WJSN, and Stayc, but some of those could fit any number of concepts lol

I like the Viviz album. Mirror sounds so G-Friend that I immediately wanted to listen to Rough and Glass Bead after it, Love You Like starts out like a song I would never listen to more than once but then speeds up and becomes great.

The Loona concert was really good. First few songs the stream sound quality was bad and the vocals were really low but when Butterfly started it got way better and you could hear them really well. It's on Youtube in a few places if you're interested. 9 Days till Twice show and almost 2 years to the date since the last live concert I went to
