wonder when the cards will be revealed.. I always like dragon cards, my first legend deck was dragon hunter  If it's like last year's darkmoon races miniset they will bring back all of the mechanics from the previous year - so frenzy, tradeable, and honorable kill.

The Warlock card reminds me of Rotnest Drake from Hunter, which was a very strong card but Warlock doesn’t really have any tempo decks to take advantage of it right now

Hand of Guldan is one of, if not the strongest card in the game (believe GetMeowth and Roffle rate it as such), so I'm glad it isn't consistent.

Mostly because getting a shadow and holy spell in your hand reliably at a point where a 3 damage AOE is useful while also having enough cards in your deck to let you do something proactive is a lot harder than having a dragon. (I wouldn't be surprised if Deep Breath or Spawn of Deathwing don't do anything, but that's more of a meta thing.)
