Hows the spread of supports looking like from the head start run? I kinda want to play Paladin but if it's saturated, a pure dps sounds better.

You really don't need much survivability when leveling since you just gib everything on screen as a decent dps class

That said, if you want to be a lady pally you'll have to wait until they get patched in because this game has some weird gender issues

Are supports in demand in the endgame or are a lot of people rolling bards/Paladins? I do like playing healers/supports but if they're saturated I'd rather just be a dps.

So some questions about Lost Ark - 1 - Are names unique to characters (like most MMOs) or unique to accounts (like Destiny)? 2 - Are names one word like WoW or name/surname like FFXIV? 3 - The game seems pretty alt friendly but are alts required? Am I going to have a bad time if I just want to play one class? 4 - Bard seems like the biggest weapon you can put on a lady?

I've been in guardian raids where you really want a support and you don't get one and in chaos dungeons where I zone in and its 'oops, all paladins'. I couldn't really tell you right now how it'll shake out when people start building out goon groups to tackle stuff like Abyss dungeons when more people are at that stage. The split between paladin/bard seems about even right now though

I heard that in Korea and Russia they tend to hand out or sell boosts when the new classe are released also. 4) shadowhunter has big weapons too, and lance master will have a big spear when she comes out.

(Though they also say if you want to play right now, just play). Personally, with the influx of f2p population, I doubt any sort of announcement is going to occur within a week.

I’ve heard Ladon, I’ve heard Vykas, nobody has really stepped up and taken the reins. I’m personally just going to roll on whatever and F2P for a while. If Una opens back up I’ll probably start over there assuming it I haven’t invested TOO much on whatever server I start on.

Is it possible to transfer Silver and items to alts, provided they are on the same server? I know I should wait and Berserker has absolutely no trouble killing things but I kind of want to try a few other classes.

Engravings kinda remind me of the way Monster Hunter armor skills used to work pre-World, where your equipment can give you a certain number of points towards a skill, and you need a certain number of points to "activate" the skill (and more points can activate higher ranks of the skill). Though it looks like it also has that classic KMMO thing where you're going to sink a bunch of resources into upgrading a thing with failure chances that make you waste resources and bad rolls can ruin expensive pieces of equipment.
