We didn't want him to step down or anything. We hope after a bit he decides to come back as a poster. Unless a mod has done something horrible, I hate the idea that they feel like they need to gently caress off forever. Like mistakes were made but its not that deep and nobody lost a limb or anything. The stakes on these forums seem way too high and I feel that it comes from both the regular posters and the modmins as well. Hopefully that is something we can improve.

I can't figure out why Baal would want to perma himself. I get wanting to de-mod himself, but nuking his forums account over something so small seems like a permanent solution to a temporary problem type of deal. Is Baal one of those people who deals with anger at others through self-harm or something? (USER WAS PUT ON PROBATION FOR THIS POST)
