i bounced off wheel of time real hard after like 2 or 3 episodes. it was soooo borrringgg except for the cool inquisitor dude who seemed to be the only guy who knew what kind of tv show he was in. i want my fantasy tv show to be like xena/hercules/legend of the seeker cause serious fantasy always falls short.

I didn't really mind how much they deviated from the source with wheel of time, half the material is just what Robert Jordan beats off too. The show just felt extremely mediocre and also looked very cheap. Which is strange because they spent something like $10 mil per episode. Even for a generic fantasy show it didn't really explain anything, or do exposition about the world or the characters.
