It's kind of interesting seeing in Hong Kong a generational increase in height. Like all the 70s+ are so tiny, the next generation still fairly short, then younger people often being quite tall. I'm 160cm and have had many people here tell me it was fortunate I'm "Chinese sized" so it will be easier to live in such a dense and crowded city. I think my favorite was a neighbor gleefully telling me, "from far away you look normal, but then I get close and see: You're foreigner!! "

Certain exercises do work for height, though diet, exercise and genetics are the thing. Being super competitive in a contact sport was rumoured to promote a large dong when I was at school.
