Huh, I'm on a 120hz monitor so I guess I can give that a try. Kinda stupid though. I will say besides the fact the game crashes constantly in the creator modes, it somehow runs perfectly fine during matches and I think the gameplay is like, way better than 2k20. The hardest thing to get a hang on now are the combos and dodge/breaker stuff. Unfortunately most of the time I'm downloading/making characters so it's kind of a 50/50 experience so far.

Every review seems to say that it's better than 2K20, which, it would kinda be hard not to achieve. Is there any reason for me to consider this if I'm on a PS4 and am generally pretty happy with 2K19 though?

you dont pin anyone in the showcase the game auto wins it for you if you do all the objectives that it wants for you, but you can also just win at any time, you just wont unlock everything.

They're an indie game company so I might have a shot with this. Is there a referral scheme to buy TEW 2020, or discounts emailed out to people who have it to lure their posting pals in? I'm thinking of buying it but $35 is a lot of wrestling money when I've just paid for the PPV and a Fite sub.

What even is the showcase this year i haven't heard anything about it. Like when they had wrestlemania mode or attitude era mode it was like the first bullet point on the box and before this discussion i didn't even know 2k22 had one

There's also an option in Universe Mode where you play as one wrestler, and one wrestler only, and have to play each match with that character. No skipping or swimming when that character's match is up. It's also buggy as hell, apparently. I saw some complain that they've been playing it as Roman, who's champion, and John Cena has cashed in, and lost, his MITB five times in a row. Loses the cash-in, then two weeks later, cashes it again.

So while I was able to get online for a bit this morning, I was going through community creations for tattoos and I saw 3 different anime porn images uploaded. Also someone made a list of ways the CAW system needs to be fixed and uploaded it as an image lol. This was all from the "Most Downloaded" tab so double lol. At least I got the rest of the images I uploaded yesterday onto my console before the server disconnected again.
