Like drat it takes a lot of caffeine to make you feel 'energized' in any way with ADHD but it's probably the healthiest way to manage ADHD symptoms without prescription meds.

If you can, you really should get proper ADHD medication. I recently got a formal diagnosis and a proper medication regime and after a lifetime of struggling every single day and feeling like an alien amongst humans it is loving incredible to be able to function on a day to day basis instead of constantly wanting to die because my brain is a clown car full of idiots.

In lower doses it doesn't wake me up, but oddly it does seem to increase my endurance. A cup of coffee before a long bike ride seems to significantly reduces my fatigue during the trip.
