The ridiculous tuna prices that get headlines are the first one of the season which is auctioned off to a small handful of people (often just this one guy) who just like to show off and make headlines to promote themselves and their restaurants, so they bid ridiculous amounts. That isn't the normal price of tuna. That's a big ol' tuna though, so assuming it's a bluefin, it's probably worth like $30-40k.

The reason said Tuna is worth so much even at that size is due to overfishing, they are usually caught well before this level of maturity.

Watching more closely, the fish doesn't even move and when it falls into the boat, doesn't even bend. I'm betting a nicely detailed prop.
