BREADS

quote:

For eight years, Lee Camp hosted a weekly show on RT America that aimed to satirize American politics, finding punchlines in subjects like sanctions against Afghanistan and student debt forgiveness. That ended unceremoniously on March 3, a week after Russian airstrikes began in Ukraine, when the Russian-state-funded network suddenly shut down.

Now, Mr. Camp is fuming about it.

He blamed the “U.S. government war machine” for RT America’s defeat and lamented what he saw as corporate media’s victory in squelching alternative views like his.

What a charmer.

I can sort of understand why the modern Russian military hasn't bothered to do much with PGMs, but I can't figure out how the Soviets didn't look at their use by the US in Vietnam and at least try to develop their own.

Overwhelming their enemy with literal bodies was cheap, easy, and worked for them in World War II and for the Chinese in Korea. Same applies to bombs.

Looks like 2 different squads, maybe the same element.

Squad 1 - RPG-7 (2), NLAW (1), ammo guy for RPG-7 w/ 2 extra rounds.

Squad 2 @ 1:15 (possibly either the same squad, or part of same element / platoon as earlier squad) - RPV-16 (2), Panzerfaust 3 (2), RPG-7 (2)

That's a surprising amount of AT for that amount of dudes. They could really gently caress some poo poo up.

My sister is the principal of a international school in Kyiv (and evac’d a week before the invasion). I’m not trying to bug her much because she’s still running a school (currently from Krakow) but on our last convo she mentioned their gardener is staying at their house in Kyiv because his village isn’t safe. This video shows why, but drat those dudes look ready to get Igor some new armor scrap metal from his field. I don’t know exactly where their house is, but I know where the school is. Convos with my brother in law he’s mentioned they’re a couple of miles from a national park and the Holosiivskyi National Nature Park is just south of the school. It’s a bit of a relief to hear their home is safe enough at the moment.

Also, is there a weapon besides an AK that has been in service longer than an RPG-7?
