Like, when Musk offered that kid five thousand dollars to stop tracking his private jet, as a proportion of his wealth, that’s like a millionaire offering two and a half cents. The price ought to be a nontrivial fraction of the buying party’s resources. If you are a nation‐state, I want to see nation‐state money.
