I like The 8-Bit Guy (primarily talks about 8 bit computers, not consoles. Makes his own video games on old computers and restores them), Wulff Den (mostly console accessory and knockoff review stuff but does things like building his own controllers and photographs his videos really well, charming new York douchebag accent), Kit and Krysta (used to work for Nintendo, just absolutely cute and wholesome, but now not chained to only Nintendo approved topics)
