If you buy the DLC on its own then everybody on the Switch can use it. If you have the DLC as part of the Online subscription, only the account with the Online subscription can use it.

I finally got around to trying out the Crunchyroll app on the Switch today, and the thing is completely loving unusable unless you either have a paid account or are watching a dub. This is because the ad counter doesn't count correctly, resulting in one of the ads not being taken into account and the subs starting up during the last ad, causing them to be off by 15 to 45 seconds compared to the show.

However as this is a problem with Crunchyroll being lovely, and has nothing to do with Nintendo, Nintendo stays winning.
