The language is confusing and all the details I could dig up are about selling it, but I think you can give it to a friend or something but if that friend sells it the Oscar committee's still coming for their rear end. Depends what the legal definition of "dispose of" is.

Her boss started the side hustle for her and then sabotaged it so she would have exclusive use of their services, which is completely different to what was happening with her as an employee because reasons. (I guess something like this would actually work as a tax hustle, assuming you were never audited).

Personally I like Rae the Doe better when it's making ridiculous puns, rather than this, so I've just been skipping it for the most part. That said who cares what people who read actual newspapers think, they're the people who loved Gilchrist Nancy.
