I'm super late to this, but I've had spine surgery and lingering effects from a snowboarding accident and yoga is a goddamn life-saver. DDP helped made yoga palatable to people that had hangups about it for whatever reason. It doesn't matter if you call it "Dainty Lotus" or "Skull Fucker" - it's really good for you.
