I went for a walk at whitby after work and fought a seagull for my ice cream, feathered bastard didn't get none of it but I am still declaring vendetta on the horrible shits. It has been quite sunny most of the time but it was a bit driech today. It does always feel odd that the second best place to photograph whitby from is a graveyard. Why doesn't SA have a thing that asks you if you're sure you want to choose violence? It would be so much more satisfying if I could tell the forum to gently caress off at the same time.

Working 20 hour days is probably very easy for people senior enough that they don't actually have anyone to call them out if they do nothing at all.

It flew away while I was trying to get closer to get a better pic:

I'm pretty sure that all the businesspeople working incredibly long hours like that are doing it with the help of their "medicinal powders", rather than because they're Just That Dedicated. I think politicians should spend more time asleep, personally. They cause much less trouble that way.

That said, skipping lunch and working for insane periods of time is also exactly what City types do while blitzed on the finest Colombian snowdust until their hearts explode at age fifty, and Sunak is City to his bones (except for tax purposes).
