I remember reading somewhere that there can be some conflict in situations where llamas are guarding goats, because the llamas try to treat the goats like fragile baby llamas, and the goats are... goats. Who very much object to being coddled like baby llamas when they could be busy destroying all around them, as is the way of the goat.

It's really fun to pass a starling flock, do a few calls at them and have them answer Thing I only learned recently, they aren't corvids, they are Sturnidae. They are so smart and chatty, and social, I always assumed they were crow-related

Scout got to go on an Easter egg hunt and meet the Easter bunny this weekend. They had all sorts of different prizes in the eggs but in typical dog fashion, she only found the ones with dog treats in them.

My little meezer Daenerys has really come out of her shell since we moved to this house almost a year ago now. I think having all the extra space has helped her tremendously. The guest room upstairs is basically her bedroom most of the time, so she has her own space to escape to. The difference is night and day, she's so much more social and I even got video tonight of her playing with da bird like a normal cat (that's huge for her).

No picture of it but my dog was horribly abused for years by her first owner. We've had her for less than three months and now she's learned to play and fetch! She also does a thing we call "Bed Shark" where she goes to the foot of the bed and then crawls back up between us while making very soft growls and chomps. If anything happens to this dog, I'm going to lose my poo poo.
