I love Hulk's "if I wanted a cup of cream and sugar, I wouldn't have asked for a coffee" face. Or maybe it's a "Namor never needs to ask how people like their coffee" face. E: crap, now I just wasted time seeing if the Silver Surfer drinks coffee. Elissimpark fucked around with this message at 06:10 on Apr 18, 2022 |

Yeah Hulk's hand is on the saucer and the other guy is on the cup. He's telling that guy off while serving black coffee.

In my expert opinion, the Hulk doesn't drink coffee. Old-timey Hulk has the mind of a child and hasn't developed a taste for it. If he did drink it, it would basically taste like melted coffee-flavored ice cream from the amount of sugar he'd put in it.

Hulk either can make coffee or just scoops road water in cup

Maybe the smart ploy IS to get Hulk to drink coffee. Two sips in and he'll be on the toilet. Edit: Only smart if the toilet he's using isn't yours, obviously

Lobok posted:Maybe the smart ploy IS to get Hulk to drink coffee. Two sips in and he'll be on the toilet. That sounds smart. But after 20 minutes (and many destroyed toilets) Hulk is now on a rampage trying to find a toilet strong enough to accommodate him. And the only one that exists is that monstrosity that Reed Richards built the Thing.

The eternal Marvel question, who would win - the Hulk (trying to get to the Thing's crapper after too much coffee) or the Thing (trying to protect his crapper from gamma-powered coffee poop).

it'd go on long enough that the real loser would be herbie, who would have to clean up hulk's discarded feculent and likely radioactive pants.

That just goes to show how missing one word (in this case For) can completely destroy your reputation. What a Revolting Development indeed. I blame Richards.

Dr. Bong is my favorite supervillain, because the only one to ever take him seriously was Howard the Duck, and he did that by dressing up as Iron Man in a suit that looked rather more like a fire hydrant.
