Re: Moldova and Romania, it's a long shot, but if Russia invaded Moldova/Transnistria and Moldova and Romania were to reunite, what are the NATO obligations there? The reunified nation would inherit Romania's NATO and EU statuses, and Russia would now have troops inside the borders of a NATO member state conducting open warfare.
