Also all of the computer touchers at the above companies get stock options and i know personally at FB/Meta there are BIG packages they give out to absorb you into the Family.

Coworker and his wife have been putting bids in 20% over asking on $600k+ houses around here and has lost every single house to a buyer paying cash. I'm pretty sure half the houses around here are empty and just sitting in some investment portfolio. Imagine having the desire and means to own a house and you just can't.
