It's an extremely admirable effort from, to my understanding, a lone-dev who was like 17(?) when he worked on it; it's far better than anything I could ever accomplish. But at the end of the day, it was just too easy, too mindless, too one-note to consider it good or recommend it to others. I'm still interested in the sequel, since it looks like the levels are more complex, mistakes have been recognized, and that might bode well for its mechanical depth.

There is an early spell that throws explosives like rockets which was the only spell I used throughout the entire game. Re: Hedon - I've tried hard to substantiate the claims Arivia keeps bringing up, and I believe a few other people here have as well, but none of us have been able to chase this particular cloud of smoke to a fire, and I haven't seen anyone else make similar complaints for me to check with. I think I'd feel better about the thread being derailed over this every now and again if evidence was provided of the Weird Orc Fetishist making Bad Posts, as opposed to just going off of memory.

If you're offended, someone asked for this to get explained explicitly and it's on top. So I don't keep records of this poo poo or documentation because frankly gently caress keeping screenshots of people being horrible to me and people like me. I get enough of that every day without having to itemize it. Here's what I do remember: There's a fairly big subculture of erotic art/hentai/drawn porn/whatever you want to call it of "chicks with dicks" which uses varying terms for its subjects: futanari is the most common one, but you also see it called dickgirls and traps and that kind of stuff. As other people have pointed out, it's easy to find art of this for the Hedon characters, and I believe from the devs themselves. There's nothing innately wrong with drawing this or getting off to it. Lots of trans women find it affirming and inclusive, actually. However, it's important to note that this material does not categorically have trans women as its subjects. Instead, these narratives often posit a third sex of women with giant penises that is culturally and biologically distinct from actual trans women. And this is a distinction that is sadly given a lot of importance by many fans of this kind of work online, especially in places like 4chan, where they are publicly open about liking and getting off to futanari hentai or whatever they call it, while insulting, degrading, and excluding trans women especially on the basis of those women's identities and genital configurations. In other words, the actual "chick with a dick" thing that they enjoy as a kink, fetish, or site of sexual arousal is something they use to marginalize and denigrate people who actually live lives in those bodies. This is unfortunately one facet of a larger pattern of how what trans women call "chasers" - cis men who are attracted to trans women - interact with trans women, seeing us as sites of erotic arousal and denying our humanity outside of when they're horny. It's something trans women warn each other about, and every time you get into a relationship you've got to worry if a cis man likes you for who you actually are, instead of just being the chick with a dick. This is also why a lot of other trans people in the thread are immediately responding so strongly to the allegation, because frankly we're unfortunately used to it happening by now. So the problem isn't the Hedon guy creating Hedon, or even creating art of his own characters getting it on with their own dicks. That's fine. The problem is the two-faced nature and the continual chaser mode of getting off to bodies like ours while also objectifying us and making us subhuman, only useful for erotic pleasure while attacking us otherwise. So if you're digging it may not be in only one post, that might be what you're missing - it could be posting porn in one board and then complaining about trans rights in another. It's that realm of stuff where it's really obvious if you know what to look for and very hard to spot if you don't have prior experience with it.
