I can see when you are lying.

If I had the choice, I wouldn't go to Florida either.

No personal offense intended. But it's loving Florida.

JW Stillwater returning to his roots would be a glorious thing, and you know it.

The mailout does make it sound like there's some cool stuff ahead, CBB World really has hit the expectations no doubt.

quote:

Comedy Bang! Bang! is going on a month-long tour of North America!

Now, you may be saying to yourself, "okay, cool - who gives even one poo poo?" But what if I told you that these shows will actually be open to the public - in fact, to anyone who buys a ticket? Interested NOW, shithead???

On this tour, I'll be joined by Paul F. Tompkins*, and a revolving crew of CBB regulars. Every show will be different, and the cast will be a surprise!

And the Los Angeles show will be extra-special -- three shows from CBB World will be opening for us, so there will be a TON of your favorites sharing one stage!

Not a huge fan of Comedy Bang Bang....but I would definitely go see them live. Sure enough...they open in Minneapolis and the tickets go on sale in an hour. Sounds fun. Maybe I'll get lucky and Andy Daly will be there. Super lucky if Bonanas for Bonanza does a show.

BCB isn't quite operating at 100% without Scott there to antagonize, but he's still plenty snippy with the (great) guests.

I thought it was funny that they did a call-in segment, but none of the guests could do a second voice, so no one knew which character was talking.

Unfortunately....I care nothing about F1. Fortunately....I'll listen to Hayes and Bang Rodgeman do a show on basically anything. 'Never Heard of Them' doesn't look like something I'm going to listen to very often. Will depend on guest/genre.

I take issue with the premise of Will Hines' character because women on Bonanza throw themselves at the Cartwright boys, it's just that those women either die or the Cartwrights reject their overtures because nothing beats living with your dad and large adult brothers.

Dec 25, 2004
Yeah. They want to have sex with these women, but they can't. Because they're dead, or because the boys are too noble to be capable of bringing themselves to. It's celibacy, it's involuntary, what's the problem :v:

Does anyone have any tips for straightening out TFO’s Patreon feeds? I’ve ended up retreating back to stitcher because it has somehow become the more user friendly interface when it comes to searching archives for any given show. and for some reason I get sticher premium for free for I guess forever.

Patreon is an absolutely abysmal app. I never had much of a problem with stitcher.

I'm sure I've asked before but can't remember, but Bonanza as a show is generally one you can bounce in and out of without too much issue right? There's a fair amount of backlog and everytime I've tried to do it on a week by week basis I've fallen behind. I know the guests are usually pretty flumoxed as to what is going on in the actual show so it doesn't sound like I need to be up to speed on what's happened plotwise the last however many episodes at least, but I don't want to miss out on cool injokes and in world stuff developing.

Oh yeah, it's completely episodic, just a cowboy adventure of the week. If you know the general family dynamic, you're covered.
