The only reason he didn’t kill more is he thought he had killed everyone in the rooms he had access to. They said 27 shell casing were found in the rooms, and another 12 were fired at the police in the hallway. Basically a bullet for ever kid and teacher shot or injured. He also fired over 100 outside at windows of the building, and the initial responding officer drove past him and waited for back up despite everyone knowing that there was an active shooter.
