I tried Grounded again recently, after playing it last like a year ago, they've made some improvements to it but the initial experience is still a mess. It does a terrible job of guiding the player towards goals and you just get instantly murdered by everything and exploring later areas requires so many specific tools.

I liked it enough when I played it about a year ago but I thought it was a Stardew Valley-esque crafting/house building game with light fighting when it seemed to be more of a survive the night and get killed a lot game, which threw me off.
