Just checked the temp, it's 106 at the station north of town, in the breeze and surrounded by grass. That makes it easily 108-110 here at a building in town sounded by parking lots. All three building ACs running balls to the wall, only one pizza oven and one deep fryer running, hoods all at max airflow. Even just changed the filters for max airflow through the AC. It's still 96 in the damned kitchen. Encouraging my employees to drink lots of water and cool off in the freezer regularly.
