Not sure you can make a good dimir control deck atm but the challenger deck can certainly be upgraded. Invoke Despair Tainted Indulgence just glanced at prices on scrfall and these seem kinda expensive  1x Takenuma 1x Otawara Unlicenced Hearse for the sideboard(edit: but you have trespasser already so idk)

I'm reminded of Prof's deck box kickstarter and how that absolutely crashed and burned for the first hour or so and that was just for the first few thousand if I recall. All four of these cards are played in commander. Mystic Remora is a meta-defining card in cEDH (and also a $7-10 common that's never been printed in foil-- never been reprinted at all, in fact), Burgeoning and Utopia Sprawl are green staples, both of which are stupid expensive in foil, and Coralhelm is a popular combo piece even if it's not an expensive card. Among all the lairs in this batch, this one is a flawless home run imo. Fantastic art for cards that are fairly in demand but sorely need reprints, all for roughly the cost of one of the cards on the secondhand market. (Nonfoil Burgeoning is around $25 as it is).

As much of a staple the commons might be, I'm sure there's an either under-printed or heavily used staple Rare that could have replaced one of the Common staples.
