If you watch the footage of his questioning by HSI during the raid on his property he is very concerned about whether they were looking into uploading vs downloading, he asks multiple times for details. To-date, his wife has denied investigators the ability to interview his children. He could be facing new, even worse charges if they are still investigating.

As much as it is fascinating to see another person without the qualities I deem inherently "human" I also find it fascinating that I have an IMMEDIATE primal and emotional reaction to her of complete revulsion and horror. I know why it's there and I sort of get the layman's understanding of how it evolved but they are two sides of the same coin neither of us chose. Although she could choose not to kill that possum wtf. Josh, tho... that piece of poo poo made the worst choices possible.

He could in theory get just short of two years of his sentence removed for good behavior but I believe it also extends probation through that period. There is a lot of weirdness with the Federal “good behavior” system and the prison system uses some wonky math for it. Congress attempted to amend the statute to get rid of the wonky math but the Supreme Court ruled the system could keep the wonky math. On average is means about one extra week in prison per year of the sentence.

FCI Seagoville is a low-security federal prison for male inmates located in Seagoville, Texas. Seagoville is operated by the Federal Bureau of Prisons and has earned a reputation for being "safe." Child Sex Crimes A report published by the United States Sentencing Commission found that while child pornography offenses have decreased by nearly 14 percent since 2017, more than 1,200 offenders were sentenced in the federal system in 2021. Josh Duggar, 34, was found guilty of possessing child pornography in May 2022 and was transferred to a federal prison in Texas on June 24. "The expansion of the Internet has led to an explosion in the market for child pornography," the Department of Justice (DOJ) said in a 2016 report to Congress. Nearly half of all offenders face a five-year minimum sentence, with only about 16 percent facing more than 10 years. Duggar's Crimes Duggar has faced intense media scrutiny since 2015 when it was reported that he allegedly molested a number of underage girls, including his sisters. In August 2021, the former reality star was charged with two counts of downloading and possessing child pornography, including images depicting the sexual abuses of toddlers. The trial began in November 2021, and Duggar received support from his wife Anna and several family members, including his parents Michelle and Jim Bob. Duggar was found guilty and sentenced to 12 years for possession of child pornography on May 25, 2022. On June 24, 2022, Duggar was transferred out of the Washington County Detention Center to Seagoville to start his sentence. After serving his full sentence, he will require 20 years of supervised release, including no unsupervised visits with minors. Seagoville was one of the prisons requested by Duggar's defense due to the proximity to his family, KNWA-TV reported. The Prison A promotional video posted by Zoukis Consulting Group—a federal prison consultancy—refers to the prison as "safe" for sex offenders, adding that the prison offers resources for inmates including GED classes and drug abuse treatment. Sex offenders, informants, and LGBTQIA+ individuals are "safe to walk the yard," according to the video. One TikTok video posted by @historyinsixtie, showed clips from the video, including direct quotes from prison inmates. The TikTok can be found here.
