Sometimes I remember that nothing in this thread can compare to what's happening on Crete with omelettes. Yes you have your normal Sfougato, but they also have a calzoni version and the ones they do for British tourists which are exactly what you would expect. Thankfully, there seems to be a lack of photographs on the internet of the full English breakfast Sfougato.

It's on every tuna pizza ofc, and we don't usually have plain Pepperoni. It's either plain Salami if you're an old, or Diavolo which is the clearly better Pepperoni with red onions and peppers. White onions are used for this
