Spike is an amazing source of positive energy. Even in runs where he's been tired and frustrated (he and Iateyourpie raced Lifeline a few years back, it was a disaster), he still sounds happy.

Its on the most recent version of the game which apparently adds way more RNG and complications to the run compared to the 'ideal' version. The runner straight up said 'don't do this speedrun' so that's a ringing endorsement.

The minecraft runs are always bad. They get in because a portion of minecraft nerds like them and everybody else tunes out. Also I think notch used to give like 10k or w/e during the minecraft run but I don't know if that fuckin chud still bothers.

So even though there’s new additions to Minecraft since the last time I saw it run, it really just added one place to farm eyes instead of building a nerd pole and jumping off to kill the things that drop the eyes. Also heavy abuse of the debug menu but I wish they were saying what exactly they were looking for since I couldn’t figure it out while they were swinging the camera around and messing with FOV.
