it's incredibly rare for a car to end up over the barriers like that and it's a spot that exists between spectator fencing and the tire walls to allow fire/track marshals to stand a car getting in that spot does happen on occasion but if that happens the landing spot tends to be the least of the driver's worries compared to the reason the car ended up flying out of the track in the first place
