It's the plate and is it wasn't it wouldn't be blood it'd just be red iron-and protein-rich water from the muscle fibers which is normal. Also if the juices are clear on red meat it's overcooked in my opinion

plate and tomato sauce, it was very nearly cooked in the centre before the second air fry stage which finished it off, it had to be removed from the hot plate to get rid of the grease before that bit though - on a similar note if you are using a regular oven part cooking the chicken for hunters chicken then putting it on a fresh tray for the bacon and cheese stage solves the sitting in nasty gruel at the end problem.

My local fast food joint growing up had a pizza burger and it was bomb. They also had like 30 flavors of soft serve ice cream for $2 that they would stack 6 inches high past the cone.
