My guess is some sort of "dessert pizza" because it looks like it's in a box designed for a slice. But honestly, Nutella crepe with fruit (they look more like cherries to me) is probably right. Looks like it's probably pretty good but got hosed up in transit or while eating.

I was browsing wikipedia... Traditional German sausage-bread made from Blood and Rye-grit. And an extra wikipedia category, though the versions from countries where those dishes are more popular are much longer: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Blood_dishes

Pealed. As in, you shake them side to side and the hot dog slaps against the side of the cucumber like a bell clapper.

Do swedes not do bagels? I've been in Sweden for a few days driving from Malmö to Gothenburg to the Smålands and stopping regularly in-between and have searched basically every store I've come across for bagels and so far only found them once in a gigantic Ica Maxi today. I would except they''d at least have frozen bagels but no dice. The Coop in Växjö did have some sort of Balkan pastry called "Burek", which was absolutely fantastic, but not even a trace of bagels.

OK, I'll take a guess. ... Ham? Eggs? Olives, and possibly roasted red peppers? Lots of very thick semen, or potentially the sort of frosting you'd find on cinnamon rolls...? Lots of herbs and spices, and what is probably supposed to be one of those little plastic table things that clearly wasn't placed properly. The look of the area around the box is giving me some weird sort of like, eastern European vibes for some reason.
