So in a big surprise to many the war is still going on, Colonials have been "at the gates" of the final Warden territories so to speak for most of the last 5 days but yesterday & today have seen a Blue Tide forming. Started about 17 hours ago when a Warden water landing on the south side of the Jade Cove peninsula captured the town hall and managed to hold onto it. At this point Colonials now hold only 3 towns/bases in the NE area of the Farranac Coast hex, the rest are now in Warden hands. One of today's big excitements was the Battle of the 2nd Tapping of Buckler Sound. This occurred not too long after the industry function of the town was re-established from the 1st time it got tapped 2 days ago. Net result was the complete expulsion of Colonial forces from Stonecradle along with large sections of The Moors, Reaching Trail and Basin Sionnach being variously invaded or reclaimed by very angry Wardens. About the only positive thing that happened for the Collies today is that a naval landing near Wyattwick in Westgate only got as far as the western outskirts of Longstone before being pushed back completely.

Not going to lie, I am enjoying the fact they stalled legit on the cusp of victory and couldn't close the deal. Even if we lose this one going to be remembered.

Spent the morning taking credit for other goons hard work by running deliveries under fire to the Basin and dodging collies. Lost three empty trucks, and ran down or shot twice that number of partisans. Morale is definitely going up, and it's really fun to be on the offensive with all the toys coming out.

Our coalition was one of the harbingers of the comeback. Collies bounced off Tine and flamed out over it, and we were a small part of that. We're a much bigger part of the comeback now that we're back. Our logi lines are back in order and we're a contributing partner to this coalition again!

Bringing it back to Foxhole, this war got off to a rough start but now its looking like much more of a contest. Wardens are in the lead for the first time this war after a wild comeback from being two Victory Points away from losing. If you logged in last week during the sale to the rather dismal Warden start, folks are back now and things are looking much better. We've tied things up this week and people are logged in! Additionally, now that we're nearing the end of the tech tree, all of the different toys that were locked away when the war started are out, including our mainstay tanks. These End-game tanks draw a lot of people out of retirement that would be happy to have extra gunners and drivers for their metal boxes. If that's not your thing, then other folks are doing plenty of logistics, building and all the other stuff that makes Foxhole go. So hop on and find someone to get you started!
