Article says he reenlisted after 1/6. He's almost certainly still under contract less than 2 years later. Are guard/reserve not considered in the service when they're not on their monthly weekend, annual 2 weeks, or on orders? Article says he was fired from his union job. Not his army job. I'm assuming he's guard/reserve because he had a union job to be fired from at the time. Doesn't say anything about being discharged. Boys, I think he qualifies.
