Obviously not a problem when you live alone and don't change your sheets anyway, but for those of us with like multiple people, different size sheets for different beds, etc it's helpful. There was a thread about about that folding technique in like 2007 or something. I worked at old navy at the time and had Opinions about how to properly fold a shirt. Still do apparently, that is a bad fold. Although I've moved on from the display-style storage to the marie kondo, much more efficient

problem is that the crease is asymmetric and kinda way too far out front part of folding clothes is preserving it and shaping it to suit your fit
