I dont want to drag poo poo back to talking about drat cheeseplants, but I did mean to post this back when it was sort of relevant -they are crazy easy to propogate. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nfl77l77a58 When one of ours died after a failed attempt at repotting, I went googling for how to grow one from a cutting, and this guy has really good advice. We took a cutting about 2 months ago from little Cheese, based on his guidance and it's grown so many big strong roots. It doesn't have the many thin roots his has, but I suppose that might be down to climate or plant variety.

I loved Maxinquaye but none of Trickys other albums live up to it. In terms of 90s trip-hop, Portished were great. A personal favourite is Roads: https://youtu.be/7x4xsJcFI3M Massive Attack were the other genre leaders (and Tricky pops up on their second album). Mezzanine is just outstandingly good. I only picked it up around five years ago, and it's still fantastic. Question: is it "trip hop" or "downtempo"? Or something else? When I tried looking into it, I got all kinds of conflicting explanations, including "trip hop is a term made up by the media, it's actually called downtempo" to "trip hop sounds like this, downtempo sounds like that" to "Massive Attack don't like the label, no wait now they do"... Actually, the more relevant question is: what genre/keyword do I need find more music that sounds like Mezzanine? Because holy crap it's a great album

If you like massive attack, the first recommendation any one will give you is Portishead and tricky. They are the 3 big originators of the genre all from Bristol, England. Portishead been around since 1991 and have only made 3 albums. Re-realization that garlic bread exists day 2.5-3: Garlic/herb butter is a great way to make ghetto garlic bread.  Note: starving dog In a happy accident at work a coworker melts too much butter and I'm "forced" to use most of it. Garlic Bread 2.0  Loads of garlic/herb butter remain  I realize that I can use said butter to make garlic bread grilled cheese.     my arteries
