Yes, but in most TV, the cuts are to hide the fact that the actors can't do most of the moves. Hence why in your John Wicks and such, they cut less often because you wanna see Keanu do cool BJJ moves and murk dudes with knives and pencils.

However, in this case, the person directing and/or the editor can't even maintain a basic level of competence. Random cuts when a character is in motion (like when dude with the shield stumbles and falls), top down shots of the characters in dark clothes against a dark background, frequent breaking of the 180-degree rule, etc. This is some basic-rear end poo poo.
