"Masks are encouraged but not required" is a phrasing that really upsets me, because it ends up encouraging people to not wear a mask if they don't want to. If you want to encourage but not require masks, the way to do it is to say "please wear a mask".

My employer changed it to "strongly encouraged" after nobody wore any masks and it worked as well as you would expect.

Throw in the AI buzzword to look more respectable to marks. There's got to be a regular old human data analyst who could collect info on how the garbage gets managed, where they dump and how, how that changes over time, the compaction rates etc, that'd do the job far better than an AI. But "hire competent human" doesn't look as good as "waste money on ai".

Can someone post that video of the "millionaires" on the yacht bragging about their wealth and then shifting into a "Hey what's hot this year?" and they all said CRYPTO?
