The “it’s ableist to expect writers to read” was coming from a very left writer who is a trans man with a disability, who was later doxxed as working for Lockheed Martin, a defense contractor in the US, so there was further discourse on that. I haven’t seen anybody on the left defending Taytay’s private plane usage, but Twitter is a big place with lots of dumb opinions, so it’s possible that also happened for real.
