So am I understanding this right, and what happened was: 1) Jones' attorneys send over crimes.xlsx accidentally 2) Plaintiff's attorneys ask them wtf dude, anything you'd like to clarify about this? 3) Jones' attorneys ignore having done so entirely, presumably hoping it'll just go away ?

The DNC was planning on naming the preliminary new schedule for the 2024 primaries today and finalize it with a vote this weekend, but has delayed making a final decision until the end of November or early December. Several states (notably Iowa and Nevada) worried that if they announced that they were losing their primary spot before the midterms, then it could turn voters in the states against them in Senate races. They agreed to delay the decision until after the midterms. Also, Republicans in Michigan and Minnesota are needed to move the primary dates for the states and they still haven't agreed or refused to do so yet. Does anyone know what the exact cost-cutting measures of the Schumer-Manchin bill would be? I've been looking around trying to find them, but the focus is on how it lowers the deficit via raised revenue, not through cuts, even though I've seen cuts mentioned.
