Ok so I'm a very import refrigerator doctor and referencing my brain lore of Google says there is no treatment for tardive drug induced movement disorders, just stop doing the bad drug, something about vesicular monoamine transporter type 2 inhibitors (VMAT2 inhibitors) are first line treatment (valbenazine, tetrabenazine, deutetrabenazine), second line treatment is clonazepam maybe helps? Deep brain stimulator but I think might be more for congenital and not acquired tardive dyskinesia. If your basal ganglia is fried you're probably hosed. I'm really curious about those first line non narcotic things I've never heard of cos I've had so much Clonazepam and it "helps" but it's a drug I abuse it so I'll look into the others I understand the disclaimer ty ty
