Speaking as someone who, like Team Evans, has done no research on what Van Gogh was like in his daily life, I don't think he'd write that.

Intelligent Life is lazy, worthless garbage, but Legend of Bill is somehow much, much worse. And based on the relative level of effort on display, it seems like this is the one Reddick actually gives a poo poo about; he's just terrible at every aspect of making comics. Cannot do a single loving thing right.

I know in the US red diesel is road tax-exempt used only for things like tractors or generators.. Googling around apparently fuel of different octanes is claimed to have different color dye added but every source I found that said that includes "I can't prove that nobody does this but it's definitely not standard".

The Cyclone was almost new when Wortman drew this, and still an important Coney Island landmark today.

Bonus Comic! This caught my eye while collecting Everyday Movies. It looks like a cheap knockoff of Out Our Way, but the creator's name is interesting -- Ed Dodd would go on to create Mark Trail eleven years later.

(also, I'm not sure if it's supposed to be a shadow or if "Windy" has the sort of Charlie Chaplin mustache that would become really unfashionable in about four years.)
